Rec Boat Holdings, LLC (“RBH”) (including its Four Winns, Glastron, Wellcraft and Scarab brands) is pleased to announce the introduction of a new tool that will assist our suppliers in selecting Rec Boat Holdings approved carriers, the Rec Boat Holdings Internet Transportation Routing Guide. The routing guide allows suppliers to select appropriate carriers based upon the location, weight, and time sensitivity of the cargo.

It is imperative that this process is used for routing all of your Rec Boat Holdings shipments. Failure to ship freight via the one of the preferred carriers shown will result in your obligation to pay the difference in any freight charges which may arise from the use of a carrier that is not a preferred Rec Boat Holdings carrier for that specific lane. In addition, non-compliance with this policy will result in your obligation to pay a $100.00 administrative fee for each occurrence.

Our routing guide provides pertinent information about our suppliers’ shipment needs to any one of our Rec Boat Holdings facilities throughout North America. Your business will be supported, whether your organization is nearby or across the continent from your Rec Boat Holdings facility.

To utilize this tool, provide four basic characteristics about the shipment:

1. The point of origin (Zip, City, State)
2. The destination (Zip, City, State)
3. The weight (pounds)
4. The mode (Truckload, Less-than-Truckload, Air)

Instructions:

To use this routing guide, you must enter the origin and destination of the shipment. Origins may be entered as a city name or as a zip code. Zip codes are the preferred method, as shown in the example below. Enter the total weight of the shipment in POUNDS. After filling in all fields, click on the "Look up Routing" to determine the preferred carrier routing for this shipment.

EXAMPLE: For a shipment from Elk Grove Village, IL 60007 to Cadillac, MI  49601, either of the following will be accepted.

If the weight is less than 14,000 pounds or if the total volume fills up less than 20 feet of trailer space, this will constitute a less-than-truckload (LTL) shipment. In this case, the routing guide will be used to determine the appropriate carrier. LTL carriers should be utilized for all LTL shipments unless given consent by Rec Boat Holdings to do otherwise.

If the weight of the shipment exceeds 14,000 pounds or if the shipment fills up more than 20 feet of trailer space then contact the Truckload department at Tranzact Technologies, Inc. at 800-701-8456.

Unless otherwise specified by Rec Boat Holdings there must be a minimum of 24 hours notice to tender a load to the Truckload department.

If the published transit times will not satisfy the requested demand, then contact the RBH or FH boat company’s purchasing department for routing instructions.

Compliance with this policy will insulate suppliers from any charge backs which may arise for freight charges.

In most cases, there are two ways to contact the carriers shown:

1. Dialing the toll-free phone number of the carrier;
2. Clicking the carrier name. Clicking the carrier name link (also known as hyper-linking) will immediately link to the carrier website.
   
   If the decision is made to hyper-link, the carrier website will appear. This will allow a direct dial to a local carrier terminal anywhere in their service area.

Regardless of the size of your cargo, you will be provided with carrier information for your Rec Boat Holdings shipment. With this information, sending cargo to any Rec Boat Holdings facility is a simple and efficient process.
